  I don't know how anyone can have a bad experience in this North Plainfield location. I have purchased many pieces of expensive jewelry and have used the many services Rich and Son offers. The manager Michele knows her business I trust her with all my jewelry needs the girl is on the money, there is no else I trust but her when it comes to expensive jewelry and her knowledge. I always recommend my friends and family to Michele because she can be trusted and keeps her word!!!

  Every time I walk in there, the staff is welcoming, gracious, and treats everyone like family. I would absolutely look to them first for any jewelry needs, be it purchase, repair, or appraisal.
