  The woman who answers the telephone when you call is extremely curt and rude. She makes you immediately feel like you are bothering her, and cuts you off as soon as she can. I know doctor's offices are busy places, but that is no excuse for being rude to people on the phone. I am not the only person who has noticed this.

  So I just called to make an appointment and because my voice is deep, I was told they don't see men. Now, if I didn't have what the doctor would need to take a look at (a vagina) I don't think I would've been calling an OB/GYN office for an appointment. However once I clarified, I was then told, very dismissively they had no appointments until March. Didn't catch the women's name but with that type of service being given over the phone, wouldn't even consider this place again.
