  Plain awful customer service. Two days ago, I called in a refill on a prescription. I was told a refill wasn't available, so they'd call it in. Today, I went to pick it up, and they had still yet to call. After 20 minutes in store, they finally told me that they had the wrong number. No effort was made to get the right number, or to inform me why there was such a delay. They made a half hearted effort, failed, then gave up, with blatant disregard to communicating with me, the customer.
